Pocket letter in rainbow colours

 I have made my first pocket letter!

It has been sent off to sweet 

Madeleine far away in Australia.

Here's the front page: 

Este es mi primer pocket letter y lo hice en

los colores del arco iris incluyendo un arco

iris que hice aparte. Qué pena cortarla 

para que encajara en los bolsillos!

El papel que usé es de fondo es de Echo Park

y rellené los bolsillos con diferentes cositas

chicas; entre más planas, mejor! El arco iris

la corté de cartulinas de todos colores con un

die de Lawn Fawn que compré para este fin. 

The patterned paper is from the Summer Dreams 

collection from Echo Park, rainbow is made with a

die from Lawn Fawn I bought for this purpose only. 

But I like it! 

Here's the back side:

En la parte de atrás puse más cositas; primero 

una carta al extremo izquierdo, luego una tarjeta

explicando el arco iris y luego unas decoraciones.

Here's the back side of the pocket letter; first

comes the letter (not in the pocket when I took

the picture...), the what the rainbow really is

and to the right some flat decorations. 

Below: in the middle section there are some

flip flops, a yellow bird, some post-it-notes and

an apple-pie tea bag.

En la sección del medio hay más decoraciones,

unos de esos papelitos que se pegan y un te. 

Finalmente incluí unos clip en distintos colores,

unos sellos de goma de miniatura, unos tags

y al finas unas figuritas de madera.  

In the last section there are paper clips in as

many of the rainbow colours as I could find, 

some tags and small stamps and some wood

veneers at the end.

Grattis turturduvor!

Jag har gjort ett stafflikort till ett par som

gift sig. I augusti. Bättre sent än aldrig, väl?

Papper kommer från Basic Greys äldre serie

Kissing Booth och bandet jag veckat från

Crafty Ribbons - stor bandbutik i England.  

Det prickiga bandet bakom brudgummen

hittar du HÄR. 

Trädekorationer och glitterlim har jag hittat i 

pysselrummet men minns inte tillverkare på.

Awsome at Las Ramblas

This is one of the most awesome layouts I 

have ever done! I mean; we used gesso, paint,

stamps, drops of paint, distressing and more!

Thanks to our inspirator Mezzanotte we made

our own patterned paper and tried out several

mediums to make our own customized back-

grounds. I combined yellow, a bit brown, pink 

and orange. We used masks and stencils.  

Here are some more details; I liked the tags

in the box for decorations of our choice:

Do you miss a title in big letters? I put a wood

veneer on top because I didn't feel the need for

a title in capital letters. What do you think?

The beauty of fall

Scrap Our Stash has a new sketch 

for the second part of November:

Here's my take on the sketch, including  

several wooden objects from stash:

The beauty of fall; featuring patternes papers

from MME and Bo Bunny, wood veneers from

Sodalicios and others, ribbons from Crafty

Ribbons, a tag and a doily sprayed in copper.

The statue of Karl XII is situated in a 

park called Kungsträdgården in the

middle of Stockholm, Sweden. He's

apparently pointing towards Russia,

wanting to conquer it... Anyway that

was years ago!

La Vikinga

I like ...

I like / Me gusta / Jag gillar... 

is the title of my new LO inspired by the

techniques we learned las week at Stockholm

Scrap Class with Anna Dabrowska (Finnabair). 

But first I prepared my own papperned paper

spraying with Dylusions sprays using some 

elements from Studio Calico to mask and get 

arrows on my paper.  

Well after that I tried another product I bought 

recently; Frantage embossing enamel from 

En Liten Butik. Since I had not tried it before 

I just spread it out over the sprayed my cardstock

 randomly and dried it. 

I really like how it turned out! 

Then I decorated with some flowers underneath 

the cardstock I made into a "papperned paper" 

that I attached to a black cardstock. And then

some more decorations around my photos. I like

the Inkido flower decos I bought at Skaparlusten!

Of course I also put some washitape on my LO!

And little flowers with a rhinestone, and some

glitterglue on the arrow, etc etc.

Creativica for October. I like it, have a look

of "I like" you too!! 

The pictures are from our trip to Barcelona

in September and the lady next to me is my

dear mother that also likes Barcelona!
