My first flip book

I got inspired by a girl in Australia who makes

amazing flip books and made this for Penelope:

Papers used to cover all pages are from Barefoot 

Bliss Collection by Bo Bunny, which fitted very well 

with the theme of the snail mail swap I participated

in themed Sea life. I also sent a picture of myself:

There are a lot of fish on the patterned papers

and also on the stickers in the collection. Here

I stuck a personal letter.

As a little gift; I put some washi tape on a tag

and stuck in a pocket.

There's one little pocket that actually is a bag

and I tucked som pocket cards in bright colours

in there and decorated it, but only a little!

And on the last page I placed a few pocket cards

with some sentiments in a matching pocket.

This masterpiece has now reached its' new

owner in Western Australia and I'm happy

it went all the way and through customs and all!

Kos den 24 juli 2016

Äntligen har jag hunnit med ett till uppslag från

sommarens semestervecka på Kos; söndagen

som ägnades åt poolhäng:

Här printade jag ut ett foto från Instaweather

så jag får med temperaturen. 

Det var nu när vi skulle gå ut och äta som vi passade 

på att kolla in stället som bara var öppet på söndagar.

Det visade sig vara en engelsk restaurang med Sunday

Carvings - tre olika sorters stek med tillbehör till ett

helt OK pris. Det var gott!! Lägg märke till ramen på

kortet i mitten; den hade rätt datum skrivet på svenskt

sätt fast det egentligen menas något helt annat!

Project Life: Happyscrap

Här är en sida där jag berättar om Happyscrap; 

en studiecirkel i scrap som en entusiastisk själ

med skaparglädje har lyckats få ihop. Vi träffas

en till två gånger i veckan och skapar utifrån ett

givet tema vid varje tillfälle.

Project Life 2014: One day week 25

Jag har varit på kurs! Therese som samarbetar

med Scrap-Perras har massa lärorika kurser i 

olika ämnen som har med kortmakeri och scrap

att göra. Jag gick en grundkurs i Project Life för

att befästa några kunskaper och få några nya 

tankar om hur man kan jobba. Bland annat fick

deltagarna träna på att göra ett riktigt titelkort, 

helst med flera olika lager, och jag testade 

så gott jag kunde:  

Hela sidan blev så här; med vissa återkommande 

färger så att ögat lättare ska uppfatta linjer. Ett

titelkort, dokumentation och något dekorationskort

finns med trots att jag har ganska många foton:

De enfärgade korten kommer från Becky 

Higgins, övriga kort från blandade tillverkare

och serier som vi valde bland kursmaterialet.

Project Life week 18 + 19

Week 18 was the first week in May and life

started to wake up in the forest; at the little

lunch party we had fresh plants and branches

were put on the tables and wood anemone in

small glasses as decorations. 

It was also the time of the year when all the 

plants inside the house needs replanting. So

what happens next is that I had to buy new pots

and we went to a nursery to get that. And found

these beauties:

Oh yes and my husband wants to introduce

DJ Woody! Finally I got mail nails done in a 

light pink colour.

Project Life Week 13 and 14

Hi Project Lifers! These weeks were a bit sad,

not much happened and I felt bad so I made two

weeks on the same spread:

Most pictures had blue in them so I chose to

make the title card in a matching colour: pink!

Down on the left side I have used some blanc

cards made of plain cardstock, some fillercards

from Becky Higgins core kit and some pictures 

with just the white frame. Decorations and alphas 

are from DIY / Simple Stories. 

In the same core kit - I'm not sure which - also 

have yellowish / orange cards that I love for the

photos of the yellow buildings in Stockholm:

Project Life 2014: Week 12

WEEK 12: That's when I went to play with a cute

cat, got my nails done and tied to buy a shelf 

EXPEDIT at IKEA. They were run out of EXPEDIT 

in Uppsala so we sent a college in another city

to buy one. 20th of march we had our 10th

wedding anniversary and went for a trip to

Helsinki. 

I have used some Becky Higgins core kit cards 

and then cardstock and plain cards. Tried a new

(to me) format on the sleeves above; the ones 

with three spaces for square pictures in the 

middle! One day it snowed and other days we

had great sunshine!

Project Life 2014: Week 11

Tried a little different touch this time; some

 big photos instead of all small ones. And I

also made a small title card for a change. All

the journaling by hand this week. Must try 

new things, don't you think?

This is the week that Scrap and Pearl Event

took place in Stockholm and gathered over

900 hundred crafters of different kinds. I

took several workshops and here are some

pictures from some of them:

Materials: Cardstock, Becky Higgins kits,

Basic Grey alpha stickers and some Amy

Tangerine fluffy stickers.
